After the successful Whole Water launch, and the distrubution of 30,000 free sample email coupons, parent company Fonterra wanted to find out what their new customers thought of their whole new product.
eliterate devised, built and conducted a comprehensive online survey, delivered by email to 15,000+ coupon recipients. The survey forms were branded to match the Whole Water website, and the results were fed live to ad agency Sugar.
